Alfredo Stroessner, dictator and President of Paraguay, was overthrown in a military coup on third February 1989. All the dictators face this fate.

Alfredo Stroessner Matiauda became Dictator and President of Paraguay, by a Military coup dethroning President Federico Chavez. On 15.08.1954, he declared himself the 42nd President of Paraguay.
