  Adolf Hitler, the dictator of Nazi Germany, and Benito Mussolini, the Fascist dictator of Italy, met face-to-face in Venice on 13th and 14th June 1934.  The June 14, 1934, meeting in Venice was the first between Hitler and Mussolini. It was highly awkward, largely unproductive, and defined by stark personal and stylistic clashes as the two dictators sized each other up. Hitler arrived at the Lido airfield in a Junkers Ju 52, mistakenly believing the meeting would be a quiet, private affair. He was dressed in a casual beige trench coat and carried a rumpled fedora. He was deeply embarrassed to be greeted by Mussolini, who was dressed in full, striking Fascist military regalia in front of 200 journalists. They met for two days.   The Post Office United States of America , on 13 June 1920, stopped sending children by parcel. Parents "mailed" their children, below the permitted limit of 50 pounds in weight, because it was cheaper than other methods of travel.  The US Postal Service began parcel deliveries in 1913. Some ingenious parents got the idea of mailing their children. A 10-month-old boy of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Beauge from Batavia, Ohio, was posted at 15c in stamps. His parents insured him for $50. In the most famous case, 5-year-old May Pierstorff was mailed by train from her home in Idaho, with stamps stuck to her coat. The postmen were trusted local officials, known to people personally. May Pierstorff herself was sent with a cousin who was a postal clerk. The US Postal Service shut down the practice by a directive that no humans were to be carried in the mail. 

  In a military coup in Guatemala, on 23 March 1982, under General Efrain Ríos Montt, the then-President Romeo Lucas fled Guatemala. Montt declared himself the President of Guatemala on 09 June 1982. On 8th August 1983, in another military coup, Montt fled Guatemala.  Dictator and President of Guatemala from 1982 to 1983, for 17 months, José Efraín Ríos Montt was guilty of committing genocide and crimes against humanity and against Guatemala's indigenous Mayan population. His conviction for these crimes in 2013 was the first time a former head of state was prosecuted for genocide in a national, as opposed to an international, court. His 80-year sentence was soon overturned. His 2015 retrial was ongoing at the time of his death due to a heart attack on 1.4.2018, aged 91. He was born on 16.6.1926 in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Elsewhere, the genociders and dictators are neither prosecuted nor dethroned, even after 12 years.

  Thomas Robert Malthus, a British Clergyman, published his "Essay on the Principle of Population" on 07 June 1798. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, who is also a theologian, should study this before asking the people to produce more children.  An Essay on the Principle of Population in 1798 by Thomas Robert Malthus is a seminal work arguing that population growth by geometric progression inevitably outpaces food production, which grows by arithmetic progression, leading to poverty and hardship unless checked. Malthus argued that welfare policies were counterproductive because they allowed more people to survive and reproduce, worsening the imbalance. The essay sparked debates on welfare policy and population control. The work remains relevant today for discussions on resource distribution and population dynamics.

The site may be of the "God". He should have kept in mind the traffic hurdles. How did the Guntur Municipal Corporation permit it?   In the 4th Line S.V.N. Colony near the Sivadurga Residency, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, while installing an Electrical Transformer to a new apartment, the APSEB Staff cut down a tree without informing the concerned. The fallen branches of the tree occupied half of the road, obstructing the traffic. Even after 15 days,  neither the APSEB Staff nor the Guntur Municipality cleared the dead vegetation. To do any additional work, both the highest-paid Electrical Staff and the lowest-paid casual staff of the Municipality demand heavy compensation. How shall we, the Trade Unionists, understand this? Dealing with and solving this is a part of Applied Marxism-Leninism.  

  Oxford School at the 4th Line, 1st Cross, S.V.N. Colony, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Its three ramps are on the public road, reducing the effective width of the road by 15 feet, creating bottlenecks to the traffic. Rs. 30 lakh worth of Government/ public land, at Rs. 1 lakh per square yard, is occupied by this private educational institution to construct these three ramps. Can any of us keep quiet if our own land is occupied?  

  Natural water tank of Adavi Takkellapadu village near Guntur town in Andhra Pradesh. This tank is occupied on its three sides. The principle of "Prevention is better than cure" is neglected by the authorities concerned due to illegal practices. Both the ruling and the opposition parties opportunistically dominate this village. Both late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and N.T. Rama Rao are witnessing this trespass, duly standing there as a life-size statues.  On the western side of the tank, in a compound, buses of the SRM University are parked. It is better in a way that the buses of Oxford, Bhashyam, Top Kids, etc., schools are parked on the roads of Guntur city.  On the eastern side of the tank, a big commercial building is constructed. Hope these occupations are not of  "others", the Muslims. Or else, in the future, if the BJP forms a Government in A.P., these buildings will be razed by excavators under Bulldozer culture. 

  This is at Four Roads Cross in the 4th line S.V.N. Colony, towards the J.K.C. College Road, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. A lower middle-class vegetable vendor dared to occupy not only the brim of the but half the road. Of course, the vendors follow suit with the rich business magnates. The bribed officers can not question. The customers further park their vehicles on the road without any civic sense.
